A) Accounts Executive:

The major responsibilities to be carried out would be :

  • Handling all kinds of Accounting work allotted by senior Team Member.
  • Handling commission payments.
  • Procure Bank statements & preparing Reconciliation statements.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Having an Experience of at 3 years in accounting
  • Strong business development background, with proven success in establishing and expanding client relationships, and showing excellence in maximizing account potential.
  • Must be a highly motivated individual with a positive, can-do approach to problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills

B) Admissions Advisor/ Back-Office Operations / Counsellor:

Major Job Responsibilities to be carried out by the candidate are as follows:

This position will provide the candidate with the opportunity to work on diversified responsibilities and has to report directly to Manager in Operations.

  • Providing complete information to students/Associates about the Universities and assisting them in completing all the formalities for abroad studies.
  • Checking and processing applications to the specific University.
  • Regularly maintaining and updating the various data bases and generating reports on it.
  • Follow up of students’ database.

Preference to Candidates who are:

  • Local resident of Nagpur
  • Age not more than 30 years.

Preferred Skills

  • Minimum Graduate having 60% and above in 10th, 12th and in Bachelors having studied in English medium throughout his/her educational career.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Having good Interpersonal, Leadership and Management skills.

Work Experience

  • At least 2 years of Work Experience preferably in Education and Service industry.
  • Fresher’s can be considered if they have excellent Academics and Communication Skills.

C) Full Stack Web Developer

 

Develop fully functional responsive, dynamic website with backend support and admin panel. Responsible for redesigning , expanding, and scaling organization’s website and design new web applications

Requirements :

  • Proficient in creating Web Applications & Website using ASPX, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
  • Experience on developing applications using .NET MVC Framework
  • Strong business development background, with proven success in establishing and expanding client relationships, and showing excellence in maximizing account potential.
  • On the server side, develop implement MS-SQL Database, RESTful API.
  • Experience Payment Gateway Integration, Integration with 3rd party applications
  • Should have good cmmunication skills.
  • Should have 3-5 years of work experience

D) Business Development Manager:

 

The primary role of the Business Development Manager would be to prospect for new clients/associate's by networking, calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients. He would be responsible for the development and performance of the team and activities in assigned market.

The major responsibilities to be carried out would be :

  • Business Development for company's service offerings in Overseas Education.
  • Demonstrate a highly polished, professional and consultative style.
  • Work strategically with the team to start, grow and support all aspects of the business development cycle.
  • Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of potential leads and prospects.
  • Maintain contact with all the existing clients/business partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Liaise with Operations Team to support clients/ business partner's needs.
  • Travel to clients for face-to-face meetings and manage your territory to the highest standards.
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Innovate & come up with new channels of developing business.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with prospects using our internal tracking database.

Requirements :

  • Male candidate only.
  • Having an Experience of at least 10-15 Years preferably in Service or Education industry. 
  • Strong business development background, with proven success in establishing and expanding client relationships, and showing excellence in maximizing account potential.
  • Must be a highly motivated individual with a positive, can-do approach to problem-solving.
  • Must have strong and persistent closing skills.
  • Ability to Travel as the role requires.
  • Must have Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
  • Should be Adept in establishing Interpersonal Relations Independently.
  • Should be Committed and must possess Excellent Negotiation Skills.
  • Young having a Strong and Dynamic Personality.
  • Must have secured 60% and above in SSC, HSC & Bachelors.
  • Must have studied in English medium throughout his educational career.
  • Must possess Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must be Good at Drafting Official Mails.
  • Age between 30 -35 Years.
  • Must possess Good Leadership, Management and Analytical skills.

D) Manager Operations

Job Description for Manager (Operations):

  • Managing and supervising operations and functions of assigned Country Department.
  • Assisting in the Development of Strategic and Operational plans.
  • Managing Client Support.
  • Handling and supporting the respective country teams.
  • Setting up of new Branch/Franchise office in prospective cities in India, managing and shaping it to run it as a full flagged Branch of Krishna Consultants.
  • Planning and supporting Marketing and Branding activities for new set up Branch/ Franchise office.
  • Organizing Recruitment and Placement of required staff for the new set up.
  • Supervising, Monitoring, Managing the new set up. Also, Delegating tasks and Accountabilities to Team Members and Establishing work schedules of staff.
  • Liaisoning with Top Management.

Requirements:

  • Male candidate having an Experience of at least 10 Years preferably in Service, Education, Insurance or Banking Sector.
  • Candidates having strong background working as a Charted Accountant or as a Company Secretary are also accepted on a case to case basis with lesser experience also.
  • Must have Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Young having a Strong and Dynamic Personality.
  • Must be a Good Leader and Efficient Decision Maker.
  • Should be Adept in establishing Interpersonal Relations Independently.
  • Must possess excellent Negotiation & Managerial Skills.
  • Age between 30-35 Years.
  • Must have secured 60% and above in SSC, HSC & Bachelors and studied throughout in English medium.
  • Should be adept at Mail drafting and should have sound Knowledge of Computers.
