Objectives

Krishna Consultants aims to achieve the mission and vision through the following objectives.

Co-Founder & Director

A Civil Engineer from VNIT, Nagpur and an MBA in Finance, Mrs. Nalini Agrawal is a co-founder of Krishna Consultants. Recognizing the need of a professional organization to cater to the requirements of students coming from central India and other Tier-II cities, she established Krishna Consultants in 1998 and the organization has come a long way under her able leadership since.

She brings a rich experience of 19 years to the table and is the mind behind the innovative ideas and thoughtful strategies that have steered Krishna to reach enviable standards.

She has gained a lot of international exposure during her extensive travels to different countries and eminent universities and her insights into the international education industry have proven to be invaluable to the growth trajectory of the organization. Her role has been instrumental in Krishna Consultants spreading its wingspan to a network of 16 offices in a relatively short span of time.

Co-Founder & Director

Mr. Pankaj Agrawal, a seasoned Chartered Accountant, has co-founded Krishna Consultants with Mrs. Nalini Agrawal. His experience spans over three decades of which he has dedicated over a decade and a half to the overseas education industry and has developed a business acumen few other people in the industry possess.

His visits to more than 100 universities worldwide have helped him develop a thorough understanding of the industry and is frequently sought after for his expert opinion. It is under his stewardship Krishna has evolved into a trusted brand in the industry setting high standards of operational excellence. He is responsible for setting long term goals, operations, formulating policies and procedures and ensuring quality control of the organization.

Director

Mr. K M Agrawal is the Chairman Emeritus and the establishment of Krishna Consultants can be attributed to his exemplary vision. Team Krishna owes much of its success to the strong ethos he has instilled in and the principles that he has laid down for the workforce.

Executive Director

Mr. Ketan Mehta, a Chartered Accountant, holds the key position of an Executive Director (Client Relations). With over 30 years of experience under his belt, he brings enormous business expertise to the role. He has played a pivotal role in extending Krishna’s reach to the verticals of UK, Australia, Ireland and Singapore. He is also credited with Krishna’s partnering with a number of esteemed universities in these countries building up an impressive clientele. His ability to identify opportunities early, taking strategic decisions and rapid implementation capabilities has resulted in Krishna Consultants expanding its operations in several key regions in India and Nepal, broadening its base and making it one of the few organizations in the industry with a nationwide presence.


Executive Director

In the capacity of an Executive Director (Client Relations), Mr. Zubin Deboo brings a young and dynamic approach to the organization. He has enjoyed multiple leadership roles in global corporations like E&Y India, Convergys and HSBC and has extensive hands-on experience in Operations and Processing. He oversees the verticals of Canada, New Zealand and Europe and Krishna’s business in these verticals have clocked a significant year-on-year increase under his mentorship. He also plays a key role in team management, human resources, communications and liaising with partner universities. His regular visits to the events like NAFSA, ICEF and international universities have augmented his international experience. With his impeccable communication skills, he has delivered a number of seminars and presentations on overseas education enriching lives of numerous students.
