UK Scholarship Recipient to Student Ambassador: Om's Exciting Journey

Hello guys,

I am Om Karande, a recipient of the prestigious ULMS Future Leaders Master's Scholarship, and an International Student Ambassador at the University of Liverpool, UK.

I am greatly excited to share my experience with you all. 

Embarking on this life-changing journey wouldn’t have been possible without the guidance and support of KC’s UK experts. With the thorough guidance of the UK counsellors at KC, I applied to 12 top universities and to my surprise I got admit letters from all the 12 universities. 

One of the factors that made me select the University of Liverpool was the highly coveted ULMS Future Leaders Master's Scholarship. This distinguished scholarship provided me with a 100% tuition fee waiver; thus, helped me cover my entire tuition fee.

Receiving this scholarship gave a bright start to my higher education in the UK. Little did I know that this is just the beginning, and the journey would be nothing short of life-changing.

With a zeal to embrace every opportunity to broaden my horizon, I am elated to share that I was recently appointed as an International Student Ambassador for the University of Liverpool. This prestigious role has made a significant impact on me and it gives me an opportunity to provide support to my peers. I also scored an overall distinction in all my modules in semester 1.

This is all about my journey of personal and academic growth which started from India to the UK through KC. I am thankful to all the KC counsellors who went the extra mile for me through this entire process.
