Aren’t you one of those people who like taking things apart, fixing what someone else gave up on, asking ‘why did this break?’  instead of ‘who broke it?’ Well, people just don’t wake up one morning and decide to become engineers. Engineering grows out of curiosity.

Talking about curiosity, have you heard of the Millennium Bridge in London? Yes, the one where the Thames flows beneath your feet. When it first opened, it wobbled so badly that engineers had to shut it down and redesign the dampers. Embarrassing? Maybe. But they fixed it, and today, it stands strong and iconic. That is British engineering in a nutshell - Brilliant, Occasionally Chaotic, but always figuring it out!
