Entry Requirements at UCD

Admission is highly competitive at UCD. International students can visit the official website of the college to check out the specific entry requirements. The percentage required varies based on the undergraduate and graduate courses you are applying for. Generally, students must have:

  • An overall average score of 75% to 95 % and above in standard XII (CBSE/ICSE/State Board). 
  • If a student is applying for postgraduate programs, a minimum of upper second class honours (60-80%) in a relevant field is required.
  • Documents to be submitted include academic transcripts, report cards, IELTS/TOEFL or equivalent test results, statement of purpose and letters of recommendation and an updated resume may be required for specific programs. 
  • An application fee of €50 (approx. 4136 INR) must be paid.

Student Accommodation at UCD

Student accommodations are available at UCD and can cost over €800 (approx.71,022 INR). UCD residences are safe and comfortable, and have several other facilities. On-campus accommodation is subject to availability, students must have accepted their course offer and paid the full deposit to book their stay. Rooms are offered to international graduate students on a first-come-first-served basis and the application for the same is available online.
