Intakes
The Australian College of Applied Professions offers three intakes annually for international students. To apply, students must submit a completed application form along with any required written statements.
All courses across various study areas are available during these major intakes.
Cost to Study
International students at ACAP need to pay their first trimester tuition fees when submitting the Student Admission Agreement. Upon receiving this payment, the Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) will be issued. The remaining tuition fees needs to be paid by the first day of each study period, as stated in the invoice.
Additionally, students must pay the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) before the trimester begins. If a student withdraws before the census date, a refund of the SSAF is provided. These flexible payment options ensure a smooth and transparent fee process for international students.

Scholarships
The Australian College of Applied Professions offers merit-based scholarships for both Postgraduate and Undergraduate students. New international students enrolling in Trimester 1 or 2 may be eligible for a scholarship covering tuition fees for up to the first year (maximum three trimesters). Additionally, selected scholarships offer a 50% tuition fee reduction for one unit of study in the following trimester.
Admission Requirements
The ACAP entry requirements vary depending on the chosen course. All international applicants need to provide valid evidence of English language proficiency to be considered for admission. In some cases, students may be required to participate in an interview with an ACAP staff member, which can take place over the phone, in person, or via video call. ✅Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Social Sciences, Counselling, Nursing, Community Work, or Allied Health.
✅PTE Academic: Overall score between 58 and 65, with no individual score below 50–65
✅IELTS Academic: Overall band score between 6.5 and 7.0, with no section below 6.0–7.0
✅TOEFL iBT: Minimum overall score of 90, with at least 22 in each section
✅A minimum of 65% in the best four subjects in CBSE Year 12
✅A minimum of 70% in the best four subjects in State Board Year 12

Placements
The ACAP offers placement services through its Work Integrated Learning (WIL) program. This hands-on experience allows students to apply classroom knowledge in real-world settings under supervision. Placement is a required part of select courses and helps students develop practical skills and professional confidence.
Each placement follows specific guidelines that students must meet to complete the program successfully. ACAP’s dedicated Work Integrated Learning Coordinator Consultant supports students throughout the process, ensuring they gain valuable experience and get the best job opportunities in Australia.

Student Essential Services
