Intakes

Bow Valley College has specific intake deadlines that applicants need to follow. The College provides a detailed academic schedule  outlining the key events throughout the year. In addition, it offers an intake calendar  that highlights the three admission periods available to students. Among the three annual intakes, one serves as the primary intake, while the other two are considered secondary.
 

The major intake at Bow Valley College is in the month of September when many UG Diploma and some PG Diploma courses are available for students to apply.

The college has minor intakes in the months of January and May. Both these intakes have a few UG Diploma courses available for students to apply to.

Admission Requirements

As part of its admission process, Bow Valley College conducts an admission test  to determine whether applicants meet the academic standards required for their chosen program. These tests are applicable only to select courses and form an important component of the Bow Valley College admission requirements. The assessment primarily evaluates English Reading and Writing Skills, along with Arithmetic, Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra, and Statistics.
 

The College has defined specific admission requirements for Indian students applying across different academic levels, which are outlined below.
 

✅ Students should have a Bachelor's degree with 55% or higher or equivalent from a recognized institution.

✅ PTE: Students need a total score in the range of 59-64 for this test.
✅ TOEFL iBT: A score of 83 overall is required with a minimum section score of 21.
✅ IELTS: Students require an overall score of 6.0 with a minimum band score of 6.0
✅ DET: Applicants need a total score of 110 for this test.
 

✅ Students need a minimum score of 50% in 12th Grade from a recognized institution.

✅ PTE: For this test, students require an overall score between 59 and 64.
✅ TOEFL iBT: A total score of 83 is needed with a minimum section score of 21.
