Yes. Most programs recommend or require students to bring their own laptops or devices. The college offers laptop loan programs, campus-wide Wi-Fi, and uses online platforms like D2L/Brightspace for coursework.

In addition, it offers an intake calendar &nbsp;that highlights the three admission periods available to students. Among the three annual intakes, one serves as the primary intake, while the other two are considered secondary. &nbsp;

The major intake at Bow Valley College is in the month of September when many UG Diploma and some PG Diploma courses are available for students to apply.

The college has minor intakes in the months of January and May. Both these intakes have a few UG Diploma courses available for students to apply to.

During the initial phase, it was known as the Alberta Vocational Center that partnered with SAIT, Mount Royal, and the University of Calgary to become the college known today.
