Intakes

University Canada West intakes are offered in four majors – January, April, July, and October throughout each academic year. These multiple entry points provide flexibility for students to start their academic journey when it suits them best.
 

All six programs offered by University Canada West, including Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication, and four MBA specializations, are available across these four intake periods. This allows students to choose the intake that aligns with their academic goals, personal timeline, and visa processing duration.

Cost to Study at University Canada West, Canada

International and domestic students have different tuition fee structures, and all payments should be made in Canadian Dollars. For international students, the tuition deposit is CA$8,800. International students who choose to pay their estimated first-year tuition fees in full as an initial deposit are eligible for a 5% discount. In addition to tuition, international students should plan for other University Canada West costs related to academics, such as textbooks, course materials, and mandatory university fees. Admission Requirements

The University Canada West admission eligibility criteria vary by program but generally include academic qualifications, proof of English language proficiency, and supporting documents like a statement of purpose or reference letters. For some courses, Indian students might also be asked to attend an admissions interview. Students looking for University Canada West admissions are also required to apply for a study permit through the Government of Canada, as programs longer than six months require it. ✅ A bachelor's degree in Business (BBA/BCom) or STEM fields with a score of 75% or above. Alternatively, students who have completed UCW’s MBA Foundation (MBAF) with a GPA of at least 72% are eligible.

✅ Applicants with STEM backgrounds who have secured 65% or more can also apply. Those with a minimum of three years of professional or management experience, along with relevant education or training, may be considered.

✅ TOEFL iBT: 88 overall, with no module below 20
