Intakes

There are two University of Calgary Continuing Education primary intakes for international students each year—one in September and another in January—providing flexible enrollment options to accommodate diverse learner schedules and goals. Students are encouraged to start the application process well in advance to secure their spot.

September sees the highest number of student enrollments for its most important courses. Applications for this intake generally open in August of the previous year, with deadlines extending until April. The university begins issuing Letters of Acceptance (LOA) from May onwards.

The January intake at the University of Calgary Continuing Education offers three distinct programs, giving students the opportunity to choose and apply based on their interests and career objectives.

Cost to Study at University of Calgary Continuing Education, Canada

The University of Calgary Continuing Education follows a structured fee system, with all charges listed in Canadian dollars (Can$). To secure admission, students should pay the application fees of (Can$) 200 fee for both the eight-month International Professional Program and the one-year International Professional Program along with respective deposits for each term. These are required to receive a Letter of Acceptance (LOA). Deposits are counted towards tuition fees and are not additional University of Calgary Continuing Education costs.
 

For programs longer than three months, the University of Calgary Continuing Education fees for Indian students include essential services such as GuardMe emergency medical insurance, a UPass for public transportation, and access to library and fitness facilities at the University of Calgary.
