The University of Turku’s tuition fee for international students includes more than just academic teaching; it also gives access to a wide range of student services and campus resources. The exact tuition fee depends on the chosen programme and is stated in the admission offer. &nbsp;Students can choose to pay the fee either in full or in two instalments, one for the autumn semester and one for the spring. If paid in two parts, the second instalment is due by the end of December. All payments are made easily and securely through the Flywire service portal.&nbsp;

Yes, students from countries outside the EU/EEA are required to pay an application fee of €100 when submitting their application to the University of Turku.

1. Is there an Application Fee for International Applicants at the University of Turku?

Yes, applicants may apply even if they have not yet graduated. However, any offer of admission will be conditional, and final acceptance is subject to submitting proof of graduation within the required timeframe.

2. Can Students apply before Completing their Current Degree?

No, the University of Turku has only one official application period each year. Late applications are not accepted under any circumstances, so students are advised to apply within the designated time frame.

3.Is it possible to apply after the January Application Deadline?

No, the University of Turku does not accept transfer applications from students currently enrolled in degree programs at other universities abroad. All applicants must apply as new degree-seeking students through the standard admissions process.

4. Can Students Transfer their Ongoing Degree to the University of Turku?

The University of Turku requires students enrolled in international degree programs to be physically present on campus. Distance or fully online learning options are currently not available, and all teaching is conducted through in-person contact sessions in Turku or Rauma.

5. Is the Teaching Mode On Campus or Online during the Autumn Intake?

The University of Turku offers one intake per year. International applicants can access the application form only during the official application period. As part of the application process, candidates are required to upload scanned copies of their original documents directly to the application form within the specified timeframe. This ensures a smooth and complete application review.
