Intake

The American College of Greece intakes are designed to provide flexibility to students, with two primary entry points available during the academic year.

 

The September intake is the main admission cycle, offering the widest range of programmes and course availability. It is also the preferred intake for most international students.

The January intake serves as a secondary entry point, for students who may have missed the Fall intake or prefer a later start.

Cost of Studying at the American College of Greece

For international students, understanding The American College of Greece cost is essential for planning. Tuition fee at ACG is charged per credit, with undergraduate rates varying based on total credits taken and inclusive of a mandatory International Student Fee for non-EU residents. Scholarships Available

International students may qualify for merit-based scholarships in Greece, which provide tuition reductions based on academic performance, extracurricular involvement, English proficiency, personal statements, and overall student profile. These awards can range from partial tuition reductions up to full-tuition coverage, depending on eligibility and continuation criteria such as maintaining a competitive GPA throughout study.

Admission Requirement

The admissions framework at The American College of Greece is designed to welcome academically qualified and motivated students from across the globe. This ensures that aspiring students who wish to study in Greece are evaluated holistically for their potential for success. Prospective applicants are expected to demonstrate not only strong academic credentials but also the ability to communicate effectively in English, aligning with the College’s commitment to deliver a rigorous American-style education delivered entirely in English. The American College of Greece admission requirements for Indians include the following:

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with min 70% (percentage not mentioned on website) and online interview.  

✅ IELTS Academic: Band score of 6.5 or above. 
✅ TOEFL: Score 87 or higher on the internet-based. 
✅ PTE Academic: Overall score of 58 or above. 
✅ Duolingo English Test: Score of minimum 125, with no sub-score below 115.
