Intake at UCSI University
UCSI University offers multiple intakes throughout the year to provide flexibility for international students. Applicants are advised to apply within the admission deadlines and ensure that their passport is valid for at least 18 months from the date of admission or submission to the University.
This is the major intake during which all courses are available for admission.

Cost to Study at UCSI University

Scholarships Available
UCSI University offers a range of scholarships and sports bursaries to deserving international students, regardless of race, religion, or background. Admission Requirements
To apply to UCSI University, international students need to meet the general academic entry requirements and provide proof of English Language Proficiency through accepted tests. Postgraduate applicants are also required to submit a Curriculum Vitae (CV), along with a 2–3 page personal statement outlining their goals and how the chosen programme aligns with their career objectives.

Placements Overview
UCSI University’s Co-Operative Education & Career Services Unit (CECS) supports students with valuable internship and job placement opportunities. Placements are offered year-round in January, May, September, and November and usually last 2 to 6 months. CECS works closely with employers, faculty, and students to connect academic learning with real-world experience.
The team also assists graduates in securing employment and offers career services such as resume building, interview preparation, and job search guidance. Through CECS, students gain practical experience and are better prepared for a successful career after graduation.
