Intakes

Being a private, non-profit university, Webster University Netherlands (Leiden Campus) maintains a rolling admission policy with no official deadlines. With both full-semester and half-term course options available, students can choose from multiple start dates that best suit their academic plans.

International students who require a student visa are advised to apply at least three months before their intended program start date to allow sufficient time for visa processing. Once an application and all supporting documents have been submitted, applicants can expect an admission decision within 10 to 14 days.

These are the four intakes offered throughout the year at Webster University, during which all Bachelor's Programs are available to international students.

Among the four intakes, January and August are the main entry points for international students, with all Master's Programs being offered during these terms.

Cost to Study

Webster University Netherlands makes world-class education with American standards much more accessible for international students. Here, students don’t have to pay the premium fees of the USA. Students usually pay the flat tuition fees semester-wise. The tuition fees do not cover other expenses such as books, educational supplies, lab, field trips, and more.

To ensure a seamless payment experience for international students, Webster University has partnered with Flywire, a secure global payment platform. Through Flywire, students can conveniently make tuition fee payments in their local currency using a variety of trusted payment methods from the comfort of their homes.
