The Wellington Institute of Technology (WelTec) operates on a dynamic academic calendar that caters to a wide spectrum of learner needs. As the principal intakes of the academic year, February and July present the widest selection of Postgraduate, Undergraduate, PG and UG Diploma programs. The July intake in particular extends a mid-year entry, enabling students to commence studies in the second semester with access to the same course offerings as the February intake. 

As a specialised intake, this limited-intake session is designed exclusively for the New Zealand Diploma in Hospitality Management, ideal for those pursuing specialised careers in hospitality.

The entire cost to study at the Wellington Institute of Technology is listed in the Offer of Place.  Additionally, the International Student Fee comprises of the tuition fee, international administration fee, materials, account fee, learner services fee, and the insurance fee. Admission Requirements

English Language Proficiency Test Requirement 
✅ IELTS (Academic): An overall score of 6.5, with no individual band score below 6.0, or an equivalent qualification as recognised by NZQA is accepted.
