Founded in 1972, George Mason University is the largest Public Research University in Virginia, USA. In 2014, its South Korea campus was established at the Incheon Global Campus, aiming to become Northeast Asia's leading international education hub. George Mason University Korea offers US degrees in Graduate and Undergraduate programs, all approved by the Korean Ministry of Education. Students follow a unique study path, spending three years in Songdo, Korea, and one year at Mason’s main campus in Fairfax, Virginia, USA. Intakes

George Mason University Korea provides two intakes for international students. Applicants who are non-Korean passport holders must obtain a Student (D-2) Visa before beginning their application process. 

These intakes offer one Postgraduate program, the MS in Computational Science, as it is the only Master’s level program available at the Korean campus. Additionally, students can choose from 16 Undergraduate programs across various fields.

Scholarships Available

Admission Requirements

For George Mason University Korea admission, students must meet specific eligibility criteria. Along with academic qualifications, applicants need to provide proof of English proficiency through an approved exam.
