Saint Louis University, Madrid (SLU-Madrid) is the largest American University campus in Spain, established as a study abroad program in 1967. In the present day, the University is a recognized center for global education and community in Spain, with a diverse population of over 1,600 students from more than 75 countries. As a Jesuit University, its campus in Madrid is inspired by the origin of the Jesuit founder, St. Ignatius of Loyola.
