César Ritz offers multiple intakes throughout the year for international students. However, exact start dates may vary depending on the chosen program. Students are advised to apply well in advance to secure their preferred intake and complete all admission requirements on time.

Cost to Study at Cesar Ritz, Switzerland
At César Ritz, tuition fees include academic courses, final examinations, guest lectures, workshops, and educational field trips to various locations. To confirm enrollment, students are required to pay a confirmation fee within 30 days, which will be credited toward the first term’s tuition.
The remaining balance needs to be settled six weeks prior to the program start date. Special room requests are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed only after full payment is received. For convenience, tuition payments can be made securely through Flywire.

Scholarships Available
César Ritz Colleges Switzerland offers a limited number of scholarships each year, awarded on a case-by-case basis. Each scholarship has specific criteria and applies only to tuition fees.
César Ritz scholarships cannot be combined with other fee reductions and are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, students who pay their full tuition fees at least 90 days before the start of each term are eligible for a 2% early payment discount.
Admission Requirements
It is important to meet the César Ritz admission requirements. In addition, applicants need to provide proof of English Language Proficiency, a Curriculum Vitae, a Motivation Letter (minimum 500 words), and Reference Letters (if applicable). Indian students can check the eligibility requirements here.
✅ Applicants need to hold a recognized Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55%. Students without prior education in hospitality will be required to complete immersion master classes on topics such as service excellence, wine appreciation, and customer experience during their studies.
✅ IELTS: A minimum overall score of 6 with no band less than 5.5
✅ TOEFL iBT: A minimum overall score of 79 is required
✅ Applicants need to have completed Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 55% or hold a high school diploma.
✅ Successful completion of the immersion year, including the internship, is a mandatory requirement.
✅IELTS: A minimum overall score of 5.5 with no band less than 5.5
✅ TOEFL iBT: A minimum overall score of 55 is required
