Overview

Birmingham City University (BCU), established in 1992, has its origins dating back to 1843 with the founding of the Birmingham College of Art. Over the years, it evolved through various educational Institutions, becoming the City of Birmingham Polytechnic in 1971 before achieving university status. In 2007, it officially got its current name, reflecting its deep-rooted connection to the city of Birmingham. Today, BCU is recognized among the top Universities in the UK. ✅ PTE Academic: An overall score of 59, with no individual band score less than 59
