Intakes

Norwich University of the Arts offers one intake for international students. Postgraduate applicants are required to apply directly by completing the University’s online application form. Undergraduate applicants can apply either through UCAS or by submitting the online application directly to the University. It is recommended that international applicants apply early, as scholarships and awards are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Scholarships Available

Norwich University of the Arts scholarships are offered to international students, with awards ranging from £2,000 to £16,500. These scholarships are granted based on merit and on a first-come, first-served basis. Some high-value scholarships require a separate application.
 

In addition, one exceptional international Postgraduate student may be awarded free accommodation for a year. The Early Payment Discount can be combined with most scholarships, although certain restrictions apply.

Admission Requirements

Norwich University of the Arts accepts a wide range of international qualifications for entry into both Postgraduate and Undergraduate courses. Applicants are also required to demonstrate the necessary level of English language proficiency, and the University accepts a variety of recognised English Proficiency Tests. ✅ Applicants for Postgraduate study are required to hold a Bachelor’s degree with a score of 60–70% and above.

✅ IELTS: An overall score of 6.5, with no band less than 5.5 in each section. 
✅ TOEFL: Overall score of 90, with minimum scores as follows – Listening: 17, Writing: 17, Reading: 18, Speaking: 20
✅ IELTS Waiver: Applicants from CBSE and ICSE boards with 75% or above in English

✅ Applicants are required to have completed Standard XII with a minimum score of 65%.

✅ IELTS: An overall score of 6.0, with no band less than 5.5 in each section. 
✅ TOEFL: Overall score of 80, with minimum scores as follows – Listening: 17, Writing: 17, Reading: 18, Speaking: 20
