Intake

The University of Glasgow offers the opportunity to begin studies in September or January. Depending on the University of Glasgow Intakes, students can apply for various study levels and programs. Its online programs are primarily available in the April intake.
 

This is a major intake, and all courses are available for students during this intake. There are some scholarships also available for students that are specific to this intake. This intake only has a limited number of Masters courses for students to choose from. It begins in early January starting from orientation followed by the beginning of classes towards the middle of the month.

Only online courses are available in this intake.

Admission Requirements

The University of Glasgow admission requirements for international students depend on the level of study students choose. The University of Glasgow application deadline would also depend on the course and the students choose to apply for but the major intake would be September.
 

Students may be eligible for an English Language Test Waiver if they have scored 80% or above in Class 12th English,  from CBSE and ICSE boards.

✅ For courses that require a UK 2:1 Honours degree, a Bachelor's degree with a score between 55-63% (depending on the university) is usually required.

✅For courses requiring a UK 2:2 Honours degree, a Bachelor's degree with a score ranging from 50-58% (depending on the university) is generally accepted.

✅ For IELTS: 6.5 with no subtests under 6.0
✅ For PTE: 59 with minimum 59 in all subtests
✅ For TOEFL iBT: 90 overall with Reading 20; Listening 19; Speaking 19; Writing 21

Note: The university may grant an English language waiver based on a student's 12th-grade English scores, depending on the education board.
