Lewis University was established in 1932 as the Holy Name Technical School, starting as an all-boys aviation technical school. From training pilots who fought in the Second World War to making a name for itself through its global connections and athletic contributions to the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Championships, the University has been a base for many contributions to the Midwestern region. Admission Requirement

The Lewis University admissions have similar trajectories for Graduate and Undergraduate courses. After checking the deadlines for their preferred course, students need to submit all their academic transcripts with the necessary Standardized Test and English Proficiency Test Scores. Letters of recommendation and an updated CV might be required for some courses.

Students need to submit immunization records, notify the University of their arrival date, and schedule an airport pickup according to the flight timing. 

Lewis University provides insurance for students via LewerMark, which is mandatory by default. However, it is possible to have an insurance waiver approved if one meets the following conditions:
✅ They are covered under a US-based and ACA-compliant insurance plan through a parent or spouse.
✅ They are a part of a government program with valid insurance, such as SACM.
✅ The student is currently on Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and is covered by valid insurance by the employer.
