Intake

Stevens Institute of Technology offers two intake options for international students applying to graduate programs. However, students who require an F1 visa are advised to apply within the preferred timeline to ensure sufficient time for visa processing. Scholarships Available

Admission Requirement

Stevens Institute of Technology admissions requirements vary based on the graduate program selected by the student. Most graduate programs require two letters of recommendation. Applicants are also required to submit a Statement of Purpose explaining their academic goals and the reason for choosing their specific program at Stevens.
 

In addition, students whose native language is not English or whose academic background requires it must provide proof of English Language Proficiency through an accepted language test.

Applicants are required to hold a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Standardized test scores are optional for international students applying to the University.

✅ TOEFL iBT: A minimum overall score of 86 is required for international students.
✅ IELTS: A minimum overall band score of 7.0 is required for admission to the university.
✅ Duolingo: A minimum overall score of 120 is accepted by the university.
