Founded in 1890, the University of Oklahoma (OU) is the State’s Flagship University, established 17 years before Oklahoma became a state. Cost to Study at The University of Oklahoma

The University of Oklahoma Graduate Level tuition and fees may vary depending on the chosen course and college. Students with a Graduate Assistantship (GTA or GRA) will have reduced fees.
 

International students applying for Undergraduate programs at the University benefit from a flat-rate tuition policy. This allows full-time students to enrol in 12 and 21 credit hours while paying tuition and standard hourly fees for 15 credit hours. However, additional course-specific fees may apply.

Scholarships

The University of Oklahoma offers a variety of scholarships and assistantships to support students financially. For Graduate programs, eleven-month assistantships are awarded to students in exchange for their assistance. They receive a stipend, a health insurance subsidy, and a full tuition waiver as part of their assistantship benefits.

 

For Undergraduate students, scholarships are available based on merit, academic excellence, financial need, and donor contributions. The University offers scholarships to international students based on their completed application for admission. For highly selective academic awards, submitting SAT or ACT test scores is recommended.

Admission Requirement

The OU has varying Graduate and Undergraduate admission requirements depending on the chosen program. As part of the University of Oklahoma Graduate admission requirements, students need to submit the applications and supporting materials as per the application deadline. Supplemental application materials, which may vary by academic unit, need to be uploaded with the application.
 

For Undergraduate programs, applicants are encouraged to provide a letter of recommendation; however, it is optional. Students from India can check their eligibility criteria here.

GRE or GMAT test scores are optional for admission, however, applicants are encouraged to submit them to strengthen their application.
